Political prisoner in Emergency, Ram Janm Bhoomi Andolan and many other political and social movements under BJP and RSS. सक्रिय भागीदारी राष्ट्रीय स्वंयसेवक संघ वर्ष १९७० से सक्रीय. . प्रथम वर्ष संघ शिक्षा वर्ष प्रशिक्षित वर्ष १९७१ कानपुर. द्वितीय वर्ष संघ शिक्षा वर्ष प्रशिक्षित वर्ष १९७२ देवरिया. . . शिक्षा एवं सक्रीय भागीदारी संघ एवं राजनीती. . स्नातक शिक्षा बुद्ध पी० जी० कालेज, कुशीनगर से किया तथा शिक्षा के दौरान मण्डल कार्यवाह कसया का दायित्व निभाते हुऐ पूरे क्षेत्र में शाखाओं का विस्तार किया।. . वर्ष १९७४ में विधि स्नातक प्रथम वर्ष गोरखपुर विश्वविघालय में प्रवेश लिया तथा एन० सीं० हास्टल में रहने लगा। विश्वविघालय एवं छात्रवास में बड़े मनोयोग से संघ कार्य किया।. . २६ जून, १९७५ को आपातकाल की उद्घोषणा होने के बाद मैं भूमिगत होकर संगठन के निर्देश पर आन्दोलन की भूमिका निभाया।. . मेरी गतिविधियों के कारण पुलिस की तलाश बढ़ गई, अंत में योजनाबद्ध तरीके से विश्वविघालय के कला संकाय में आन्दोलन का अंजाम दिया फलत: मैं श्री सुरेन्द्र बरनवाल व हेमन्त कुमार सिंह के साथ गिरफ्तार होकर कैन्ट थाना गोरखपुर पहुँचा दिया गया। . . थाने में मेरे साथ बहुत ही दुर्व्यवहार किया गया। दूसरे दिन जिला कारागार गोरखपुर भेज दिया गया।. . जेल में कम्यूनिस्ट कार्यकर्ता से विवाद के कारण लाठीचार्ज में मुझे सिर पर काफी चोंटें आयी, जिसके कारण मैं कई दिनों तक बेहोश रहा, फिर जिला अस्पताल गोरखपुर में इलाजके बाद में स्वस्थ हुआ।. . हाईकोर्ट से जमानत के बाद लगभग ६ माह के बात मैं रिहा हुआ तथा पूण्रकालिक कार्यकर्ता (प्रचारक) के रूप में मिरजापुर तथा आजमगढ़ में प्रचारक रहा।. . . भारतीय जनता पार्टी की गतिविधि. . सन् १९८० में कसया अदालत में वकालत शुरू किया तथा दौरान वकालत मैंने भाजपा मण्डल में क्रमशः उपाध्यक्ष, महामंत्री तथा अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेदारी निभायी।. . संसद तथा विधानसभाओं के चुनावों में मैंने पूर्ण मनोयोग से दल के लिए कार्य किया।. . धीरे - धीरे दल की गतिविधियों में इतना व्यस्त हो गया कि वकालत पेशा लगभग छूट सा गया।. . जीविकोपार्जन के लिए मैंने प्रिंटिंग प्रेस लगाय, जिसका उद्घाटन मा० कल्याण सिंह . जी ने किया। . . सन् १९८६ में हरियाणा राज्य के आम चुनाव में दल की योजना के अनुसार जमुनानगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में प्रचार हेतु २० दिन का समय दिया। जिसमें श्री सूर्यप्रताप शाही जी की अगुवाई रही।. . श्री रामजन्मभूमि आंदोलन में सक्रिय भागीदारी के कारण कसाय से गिरफ्तार होकर जिला कारागार बस्ती में एक माह तक रहा।. . सन् १९९३ से १९९५ तक उ० प्र० शासन के गलत गतिविधियों के विरुद्ध कई बार आन्दोलन किया तथा जेल भी गया।. . जिला भाजपा इकाई कुशीनगर में क्रमश: सदस्य प्रदेश परिषद्, सदस्य जिला कार्यसमिति तथा जिला महामंत्री का दायित्व पूर्णनिष्ठा से निभाया।. . बिहार प्रान्त के विधान सभा चुनाव २०१५ में प्रवासी कार्यकर्ता (पूर्णकालिक) के रूप में भोरे विधान सभा क्षेत्रा में दो माह तक कार्य किया।.
